Treating Holiday Damaged Hair ♡ As lovely as it is to go on holiday and be in the sun for a week... it can wreak absolute havoc on your skin and hair if you don't look after it properly! Also has your hair ever slightly changed colour in the sun...or has it gone a shade lighter? Well, I naturally have lots of red/ copper tones in my hair... so the sun doesn't as much 'lighten' mine. Instead, it goes different shades of red! Here are a few tips for how I treat my hair after the sun has frazzled it ♡ and also how to get rid of the brassiness / orange tones ! ♡ Provoke Touch of Silver Shampoo This baby is my ride or die for blonde hair! I use it every other hair wash to keep the brassiness/ orange tones at bay and it really does work. After holiday I like to do a really deep tone. For this I wet the ends of my hair (where it is blondest as I have a root stretch) and lather the shampoo into my hair and leave it for half an hour. I massage the ends ...

Easy Peasy Day-to-Day Hair Care using V05 💛 Now, hair is something I am not an expert on - at all! I can just about straighten mine... and run a few curls through it... But! When it comes to looking after it... I do reeeeally try to take good care of my hair! I have been nearly every hair colour you can think of... red, purple, black, brown, pink, grey... but at the moment I am sticking with blonde! This means, I bleach the actual sh*t out of my hair!  I naturally have quite thick, straight-ish hair and my hairdresser is amazing and always helps me to keep it looking healthy. I do have it trimmed every 3 months (ish) and try to only have it coloured up to 3 times a year - to try to eliminate drying it out too much.  I try to wash my hair maybe 3 times a week, and use dry shampoo in-between as I feel this works best for my hair and doesn't dry it out as I feel washing it more really does make it dry and I try to keep it as hydrated as possible. On a daily basi...
