July Newbies ♡
♡ July Newbies ♡
July has been a scorcher - and we should not complain! Amongst all the heat, here are the new products I have been enjoying this month!
W7 Life's a Beach Palette
I love a good eyeshadow palette and this packaging gave me allll the summer vibes! Does you not think it also looks like the start of Love Island?! ... Maybe that is just me! The palette comes in the same style as the others in the smooth packaging and contains 12 shades with some pops of colour. The only issue I have with this palette is that there is only 3 matte shades which can make it hard to transition colours in the crease. But it has an array of browns/ bronzes to create the perfect smokey eye with some shimmery shades on top. I am a big fan!
Estée Lauder Day Wear Moisturiser
I love the fresh feeling and smell of this moisturiser! Yes, it is a bit pricey - but it lasts allll day and creates a good base for your make up. I have been using this more regularly as I just find it smells like cucumbers and contains SPF15 which is perfect in this heatwave.
Percy & Reed No Oil Hair Oil
I received this in my July BirchBox and I have used it literally every day since! It smells amazing and leaves your hair feeling super soft and looking shiny! I am a sucker for a hair oil and this one I will be buying in full size!
Revolution Pro Setting Spray
This claims to have 'extreme hold' and this is why I bought it as my face has melted for most of this month! I really like this spray. It is more of a soft 'spritz' than a spray which is amazing as you don't feel like it just squirts in one place when you spray it and it feels light on the skin without weighing it down. It lasts well on the skin and keeps your make up in place all day - think of hairspray but for your face! And it is a bargain at about £6! Win.
Laritzy Contour Stick
I received this in my BirchBox, too and I wasn't overly a convert for cream contour... But as it has been so warm and I have been enjoying a more glowy look to my skin I gave it a go! It is soooo creamy and blends like an absolute dream! It is a little dark so a little goes a long way (unless you have a darker complexion than me - which is most people!) But I really recommend trying this is product if you haven't cream contoured before!
Olay BB Cream
I have written a whole post on this - so make sure you check that out! But it is a July newbie and I have been using it pretty much every day to make my skin look natural but still as if it has a filter.
Have you ever used any of these products? What have you been using that's new to you this month?
Lots of love EP 💕
