L'Oreal Pro Glow Foundation ♡

Image
Testing: L'Oreal Infallible Pro Glow Foundation ♡ I LOVE a good foundation review... and this week I have been testing out the L'Oreal Paris Infallible Pro Glow Foundation. First of all... I have tried ALL of the L'Oreal Infallible range! I have used the 24 hour foundation (in the bottle) in 'Vanilla' for over a year and I really love the consistency and the finish as it is satin to demi-matte and lasts all day!  I have also tried the 24Hour Total Cover (the thicker one) and I am on the fence with it... It has SUPER thick coverage and is between a liquid and mousse consistency... so it depends how you like the feel of that on your skin as it is quite heavy...  But if you love a good coverage that literally doesn't budge - this may be worth a try for you! However, I am not a fan of the 24Hour Matte one (in the squeezy tube) as I feel it is too dry for my already dry-ish skin. I think I just prefer a glowy finish ...  And that is where Pro G...

March Favourites ♡

March 2018 Favourites ♡ March has been a crazy busy month! With getting a new job (yay!), finishing bits at my current job, catching up with friends, birthdays and seeing my family... I haven't had much time to put towards blogging or testing much new make up. However, I do have some real favourites that I have reached for most days this month and these are the pretty little bits included here! Maybelline Master Chrome Highlight in Molton Gold This has become my everyday highlight..  I actually love it! It layers up to be the perfect glow and I reach for it most days for work. Revolution Liquid Highlight in Liquid Champagne I tried out this little love in my Make Up Revolution Haul post and I have since been using it most days underneath my foundation for a glowy finish. It is more sparkly than I would go for in a highlight on my cheekbones for everyday but it has a real blinding highlight for a night out. Love. No7 Beauty Sponge I am a loyal user a...

For the love of... trousers!

Image
This month I am loving... Trousers! Does anyone else go through phases of what they like to wear? I am having a real trouser phase! I seem to be reaching for these for anything... dinner/ work/ out with the girls/ seeing my family. They are so versatile and can be paired with pretty much any top to look amazing! I must own about 15 different patterned pairs of trousers... I think I have a problem! But I just love them! I went out for dinner last night with my second family... and I wanted to look smart but comfy and trendy and this is what I came up with. These beauties are from H&M and retailed for £12.99 - BARGAIN!  I teamed it with a plain black long sleeved top and some heels for smart-casual vibes... Although I did ditch the heels by the end of the night and swap them for my Vans! They are currently sold out on the h&m website but I have seen the exact same pair on eBay.  Do you have phases of clothing? Tell me about yours! Lots ...

How I Grew Out My Lob ♡

Image
How To: Grow your hair! Now firstly... this is not  an overnight fix! This has taken me the best part of a year and more... I don't use extensions or clip ins or anything... this is just my hair & what works for me 😊 Anyways, I cut my hair into a long bob back in summer 2016 and I absolutely loved it! Despite this, I get bored of my hair very easily and since then have slowly been growing it back. I have dyed my hair for about 10 years and have been every colour I can think of... so I do always try to take care of its condition. I am very conscious of a few things due to the amount of bleach on my hair but over the years I have perfected how to keep it in it's best condition. Here are my tips on how I grew it back to this. This may not look a huge difference in length. But it really is a good few inches and noticeably longer and healthier, too. 1. Only wash your hair every few days I used to religiously wash my hair everyday at school but...

Make Up Revolution - Mini haul ♡

Image
Mini Haul: MakeUp Revolution & Freedom MakeUp 💓 I love a good haul! My local superdrug doesn't stock MakeUp Revolution (cries) so I have to wait until I go to my mum's or another city to stock up on bits. I absolutely love every product of theirs that I own, and I have a few palettes and lipkits so I was really keen to try some of their newer bits. Freedom MakeUp Brow Powder Kit in Light-Medium   I have been trying to move away from brow pencil's and be more adventurous with brow products. I am IN LOVE with this palette! I managed to bag it at half price but I would still pay £10 for it as it is soooo good! The colour range is amazing and they are super pigmented shades and easy to fill in the brows this way - I feel it gives a full cover but natural, fluffier brow. You get 12 shades and 2 concealer colours for any corrections and to go above and below the brow for touch ups. As you can see, there are shades to suit pretty much every skin colour ...

Doll Beauty Masterclass ♡

Image
💗 Doll Beauty Secret Masterclass 💗 This week I had possibly THE most exciting Instagram DM ever ! (Sorry, Lee! 😇) I had an invite to attend Doll Beauty's secret Masterclass at Topshop Meadowhall - I was in shock and instantly texted my sister to ask her 'is this legit?!' - I was seriously thrilled but couldn't quite believe it! I instantly replied 'yes please!!' (after worrying I would have to sneak out of work early! - I didn't, luckily!) & it was possibly the best thing, ever! I was even lucky enough to take my sister as it is her fault I am so obsessed with this brand in the  first place! 😍 I am a huuuuuuuge fan of Doll Beauty since my sister got me hooked on their lashes and newer highlights - available in Topshop & we got to sit an fangirl over Hollie Flynn whilst she did her sisters make up and gave us lots of tips and tricks along the way! We were greeted by Danni and Sam who were so warm and welcoming with a glass of cham...

Nars - Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation ♡

Image
Foundation Review  💕 Nars - Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation 💕 I have been seeing a lot of hype around this foundation from some of my favourite beauty guru's and I have been soo excited to try it! I absolutely love foundations and this is my first ever Nars one so I was super hyped to give it a go.  I got the colour Santa Fe which I felt was a good match for me when I am inbetween my palest self but also not too fake tanned so I could build bronzer over it to match my fake tan if needed. My first impressions were oh... my... godddd! I used 3 little pumps and it covered my whole face.. but the coverage... ohhhh myyyy... INCREDIBLE 😍 Full coverage isn't something I usually opt for as I feel it makes my face look too matte and not like skin.. but this! This is the perfect balance. It literally makes you look completely airbrushed - and who doesn't want that?! It feels light and not cakey but with a glowy look - which is ideal for me as I prefer this over ...
